> WILLS: the most important financial document you will ever sign - everyone needs a Will - even you. Those who you care about will be grieving - help care for them by leaving a Will.
 
> PROBATE: a Court issued document confirming a Will is valid - we provide sympathetic and efficient help when you need it most. We obtain probate much faster than many solicitors. Our average time to obtain probate including initial payment of Inheritance Tax is 11 weeks from the first interview with you, the client. We do not charge an hourly rate but simply a fixed fee which is agreed with you at the outset.
 
> INTESTACIES: where someone dies without a Will - who will have the person's money and house? Long lost relatives may appear from nowhere. Your wife, husband or civil partner does not inherit everything from you if you do not leave a Will. The family home may be sold to pay other relatives who are entitled to some of your money by law.
 
> DEED OF VARIATION: a document changing a Will - rewrite a Will up to two years after someone's death to save Inheritance Tax or to write the Will they never wrote.
